Welcome to Fredericksburg.  Registration and welcome at The Albert Hotel, followed by a sunset concert with chef-prepared food, crafted drinks and intimate performances beneath the Texas sky.

Tuesday, November 3, 2026

Music, Wine & Culinary Experiences.  A high Noon Concert & Lunch pairs live music with wine and cuisine in a scenic Hill Country setting.  That evening, guests gather in smaller chef-driven dinners featuring wine-inspired menus and acoustic performances presented tableside.

Wednesday, November 4, 2026

Luckenbach Finale

The experience concludes in Luckenbach with a chuckwagon dinner, live music and dancing, followed by a live taping of The Texas Music Scene.

Hill Country Reserve is intentionally different from a traditional conference or large music festival.  Limited to approximately 300 guests, it creates space for meaningful conversation, memorable experiences and genuine connection.
